Ravi Matthew, born & brought up in an orthodox Hindu family from Karnataka. He understood that Jesus was the only way to receive forgiveness for our sins and the only way to receive eternal life. The truth hit him so hard, it stayed with him and the Holy Spirit immediately prompted him to go to Church. Attending the Church & listening to the Church Pastor’s sermons regularly. Now the LORD, is his God.
Thus he came to the wonderful saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, our LORD. That same year in 1991 he took immersed baptism & received the baptism of the Holy Spirit with speaking in tongues the very next Sunday in the Church.
After working in the secular field for several years, on 1st April 2018 on a “Resurrection Day, Sunday” God prophetically called him through a Prophetess for proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ like Philip in Acts chapter 8.
God’s promise came to him from the book of Isaiah 60:22 and he quotes
“The least of you will become a thousand, the smallest a mighty nation. I am the Lord; in its time I will do this swiftly.””
He immediately obeyed to God’s calling & surrendered his life completely to God.
Amazingly, God started to do it swiftly as He promised. The very next month, on 27th May 2018 he & his family was led by the Holy Spirit to “Jubilee Revival AG Church” for the first time. From then on, God, through His servants confirmed His calling again & again. Therefore, he surrendered his life to the will of God completely obeying the Master’s call to serve Him the rest of his life. Now he is on a mission to go & make disciples of all nations proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ.
He is blessed with a wonderful godly wife, Gandhi Jayanthi with a passion to serve the Master. They are blessed with two beautiful daughters by name Shiloh Matthew & Livia M Israel.
